Klaus Holse has served as CEO of SimCorp, Corporate VP at Microsoft, and Senior VP at Oracle. His varied experience as a C-suite executive for large enterprise technology organizations will prove invaluable and help support Vizrt’s development plans. Klaus became chair of the board in 2022.

Fredrik Näslund has been with Nordic Capital for over 15 years and has been involved in 16 platform investments across the Technology and Payments and Healthcare sectors. Over the last fifteen years, Fredrik has devoted significant effort in building Nordic Capital’s position as the leading private equity investor in the Nordic mid-cap Technology and Payments sector.

Lise Skaarup Mortensen is an accomplished Executive Director and Finance Leader with over 15 years of experience in the tech and biotech industries. Her professional scope and responsibilities range from finance functional leadership, IT Tech/Digital/Governance, and Business Development including Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Philipp joined Nordic Capital in August 2022. Previously Philipp worked as Senior Investment Manager at EMH Partners from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, he founded Castomaus.de, an online price comparison engine for promotional items, and worked at Golding Capital Partners. Philipp holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cologne Business School. He is based in Frankfurt.

Rohit Nagarajan is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the technology industry. As the CEO of Vizrt, his focus is on accelerating growth, further scaling Vizrt, enhancing customer offerings, and driving international expansion. Rohit has a proven track record of translating product innovation into positive business outcomes for customers and holds deep expertise across sales, marketing, and product management. He also has a strong ability to build culture and vision within an organization.

Pierre has +30 years of experience working in finance senior executive positions. For the last four years, he worked as CFO at Infovista, a global Tech company. Prior experience includes working as both CFO and COO for Tech and Service companies with global footprints (Lucent, Avaya, CWT, One2Team). He started his career as auditor in one of the big four accountancy firms. He holds Master of Economics and Public law from Sciences Po Paris.

Louise is the Chief of Staff at Vizrt. Since joining the company in 2019, she has leveraged her strong experience in mergers and acquisitions and integrations and financial strategy from her previous career in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, Louise has been instrumental in leading the PMO and enhancing operational efficiency, driving value creation throughout the organization. Her focus remains on aligning teams and strategies to support Vizrt’s goals and drive impactful growth.

Ryan Poggi brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience, driving go-to-market growth across some of the fastest growing global markets. As Chief Revenue Officer for Vizrt, his focus is on enhancing customer and partner engagement, accelerating growth, expanding key markets, and furthering the company’s mission to empower every professional storyteller through innovative technology. As a SAP veteran delivering growth across multiple global markets, with a proven track record of delivering transformation for customers and partners and driving market strategy, uniquely positions him to lead Vizrt into its next phase of growth.

Anna has a proven track record in delivering strategic projects to engage and support employees in high-performance work cultures. At Vizrt she is tasked with bringing an employee-focused, data-driven structure and strategy to support employees. Anna joined Vizrt in January 2020 before becoming Global Head of HR and in January 2022. Prior to this Anna held various roles in Finance and HR for Scandinavian airline SAS, Deloitte and Nasdaq.

Chris Black, Chief Marketing Officer at Vizrt, has been with the company for 20 years, serving in various roles focused on understanding and delivering solutions for professional video producers. As CMO, he continues that focus, amplifying Vizrt’s reach, connecting with even more video professionals, and helping drive innovation that truly matters to the industry. Throughout his career, Chris has been dedicated to the broadcast and video storytelling industries. He has worked as a television director and design director for local news channels across the United States and with Curious Software, developing map solutions for television news.

Lionel Schonberg is a seasoned technology and business executive with 25+ years’ experience in business transformation, customer success, and strategic partnerships. As Chief Operating Officer at Vizrt, he drives operational excellence, enhances customer engagement, and scales service delivery globally. Leading key initiatives with Big Tech, Lionel aligns cross-functional teams and implements scalable processes that deliver measurable outcomes. His leadership combines customer-centric innovation with operational rigor, advancing Vizrt’s mission to empower visual storytelling worldwide
